Return Policy

Very simply, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Any purchase may be returned for exchange or credit within 14 days of receipt as long as the products have not been used and are returned in their original condition with any included accessories, packing, and box.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#)  must be obtained PRIOR to the return of the item. All returns require an RA# for a return/exchange, no exceptions!

We need the following information from you to fulfill your RA# request:

  • Your name with address?

  • Specify if this is an Exchange or Return?

  • Your Reason for the Exchange or Return?

  • Date of Purchase?

  • Any additional information that you think we should know

We will notify you of the return address to send the return to, along with any additional instructions. The merchandise must be returned within 15 business days of our RA# issuance.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

There are NO refunds or credits on shipping.

Restocking Fee:

All returns received in less than new condition or are missing the included accessories, box, or packing will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

After we receive your item:

After we receive your return and process your credit, we will send you a confirmation email. All refunds will be made in the same from of payment originally used to make the purchase, less shipping & handling charges within 7 to 14 business days from the time your return is received.
